With a great knowledge of personal insurance, and how to tailor it to the specific needs of clients, Shannon is adept at taking them through the process of buying insurance and helping them to understand the products. If she wasn't taking care of people, she'd be travelling the world to take care of animals and protect them from harm – as well as dreaming about driving a white and red 1967 Corvette.
