You know what's worse than having one boss? It's having two! But Gwen takes the challenge of working for two partners in her stride. Coolly unflappable and exceptionally capable, Gwen manages to keep both of them under control. Working in commercial insurance and focusing on the forestry, mining, oilfield and construction sectors isn't an easy task. But despite its challenges, and despite having to divide herself in two, Gwen keeps going. That's why she is such a strong part of the Axis family.
